Job Summary
- Provide management and leadership for 12-15 sales professionals, demonstrating passion and engagement
- Provide leadership, sales coaching and oversight to the members of the team, ensuring that Annual Quotas and Growth Targets are achieved
- Demonstrate strong client relationship development skills with a track record of creating and maintaining senior executive relationships in healthcare and specifically within the hospital/provider market (e.g. CIO, CFO, CEO)
- Recruit and retain personnel for key roles in the organization ensuring the best team is in place to achieve targets
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication and training skills
- Travel to client sites with sales executives to support, coach and provide management involvement for key clients
- Coach & mentor team members in selling and client issue management
- Provide input and guidance to management team relative to internal process improvements, external market factors and trends, and identification of key strategic selling issues and solutions
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience with healthcare information technology sales team management
- Minimum of 5 years experience with individual healthcare information technology sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance or Business Administration
- 7+ years health information software technology products and/or consulting sales experience using a "Diagnostic" or consultative selling model
- Proven Experiences with selling healthcare solutions into Large National Accounts
- Proven ability to close complex high-dollar ($1.5M+) technology solutions across multiple departments in large hospital systems
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding $20M annual sales quota
- Evidence of ability to identify and create relationships with "C-Suite level" decision-makers
- Demonstrated record of meeting quotas
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle Services Sales Experience
